Ingolf's ship - Skip Ingólfs: Ingólfur Arnarson was the first person to settle in Iceland. He came to Iceland in 874 with his wife and household, and settled first in Ingólfshöfði. Later, he went on to found the city of Reykjavík, the current capital of Iceland.
